The unique decor made my stay super memorable! The staff was friendly and helpful, but the road noise was a bit much at night. Overall, a lovely experience. 😊

We loved the creative decor, which really captured the spirit of Chicago. Plus, being close to the children's hospital was a huge bonus. The room was spacious, and the staff made us feel like locals.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options on-site.

This place suits me perfectly, providing everything I need, like air conditioning, free wi-fi, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me with my suitcases during my first stay, which I still remember fondly. I highly recommend it!

missingWrote a review on Jul 23vibrant neighborhoodquirky boutique vibelocal cultureoutdated fixtures
Strategically nestled in a vibrant neighborhood with shops lining Diversey Avenue, this place exposes you to local culture with ease. The quirky boutique vibe stands out, making it a memorable base for any adventure.
The rooms are smaller than expected, feeling quite cramped, especially with tiny bathrooms that offer limited space for personal items. Outdated bathroom fixtures are a letdown, and issues like leaking tubs and malfunctioning TV remotes detract from comfort. Noise carries easily from the hallway and outside, making it hard to find peace and quiet. Housekeeping doesn't come daily, which impacts overall cleanliness. Additionally, the unexpected room hold for incidentals raised eyebrows, creating a sense of mistrust during my stay.

It was just a fitting option for a weekend stopover in Chicago with attractive and competitive value for money. The elevator had fun bumper stickers that made me feel like I was on my way to a rock concert. Avoid peak check-in times to skip the wait.

I enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff at Hotel Versey. They always greeted me with a smile. The location couldn't be better. it’s a short walk to Wrigley Field and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. My room was cozy, and I appreciated the unique decor that gives it character. However, the bathroom was quite small, and there were moments when I struggled with the inconsistent water pressure in the shower. Also, the Wi-Fi required frequent log-ins, which was a hassle. I noticed the linens could have used better cleaning since they felt a bit dated. Overall, despite the inconveniences, I relished my time exploring the area and appreciated the quirky vibes of this hotel.

Ideal spot for a Solo venture
The hotel’s location was my biggest win. I mean everywhere I needed was just a short walk away, had a glorious fitness center half a block down and Trader Joe's around the corner for snacks.
Wasn’t exactly pocket change but still worth the price considering everything.

Perfect for solo travelers seeking style
Honestly, I couldn't believe how cool this place was! The staff was super nice, and they even helped me figure out public transport like pros. Plus, that free donut from Stan's next door? Absolute game changer. It was like getting a warm hug from a pastry.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but hey, not everything can be a bargain, right?

We had a fantastic time exploring the theater district and visiting the CSz Theater for some laughs. The hotel was perfectly located, and we even walked to grab some great food nearby. The staff was friendly, and the vibe was laid-back. Just a heads up, parking is not free but manageable.
The only downside was that our room could have used a bit more cleaning. We didn't have our room cleaned during our stay, which was a bummer.
